We offer a complete rental management solution including investment analysis & strategy, management & leasing, property purchasing & sales, and other real estate solutions. We manage single family homes, condos, townhomes, apartments, and commercial property along the Wasatch Front.

We are focused and driven to make your rental profitable and successful. We are honest and upfront with our clients, helping them make educated decisions which will lead to a better experience and less headache. Our innovative approach and use of the latest technology has allowed us to significantly cut costs and fees for our property owners. Our simple fee structure eliminates confusion and allows you to increase your return on your investment.

Our services and reputation speak for themselves. We recognize that we can tell you all day how great we are, but it's our client's and tenant's opinions that really matter. We maintain a very low vacancy rate of 5% an unheard of eviction rate of one every four months for 500 homes. We take our work serious and have a lot of fun doing it!

We educate ourselves constantly. As members of the UAA, NAA, NARPM, Utah Committee of Government Affairs, and the Utah Good Landlord program, we are constantly learning from and teaching others in our industry how to provide better services. We stay up to date on legislative changes and laws that affect both the tenant and rental owner.

As licensed real estate agents and a licensed brokerage, we stay informed on market trends and even collect data and information to send out bi-weekly reports to those around our industry.

We give back to the community! We feel a deep need and desire to lift those around us and participating with various organizations brings us greater meaning to what we do and to life. We have established a division of our company called Keyrenter Kares which focuses on various projects. We invite you to join our mailing list and get involved however you are able!
