Property Turnover 
A thorough Pre-List inspection is completed to determine condition, working order of the property, and provide additional recommendations.

We Advertise the rental on 50+ leading local and national sites, referral network, social media, video tours, tracking and reporting.
Tenant Screening
Applicants are screened utilizing our proprietary screening checklist. Only the best will pass! Hence our less than 1% eviction rate and 96% on time tenant payment track record.
Lease Signing & Prep 
Our lease agreement is revised yearly to stay up to date with local laws, policy improvement, and strategies to protect you, the investor. Utilities are transferred and overseen, and renter’s insurance is required.
Move In
Home is inspected with a checklist and video. Funds are secured, expectations set with tenant where keys are provided along with a gift from you!

Rent Collection

We oversee maintenance by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and working with qualified licensed third party vendors with NO UPCHARGE OR MARKUPS, to keep your maintenance costs low. We offer a 24/7 maintenance center to take care of any emergencies on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Although evictions are not common, we handle the eviction at no additional cost to our investors through our EvictionGuard® program.
