The Keyrenter team believes in giving back

Our primary focus is on building relationships and producing positive outcomes. Nothing is more important than our clients, residents, team, and the community in which we live and work. Because we own rental property and believe they are the best long-term financial investment, we are passionate about what we do and offer a unique understanding of your property management needs.

Keyrenter Cares

The community service brand of the organization cares deeply about their communities, each office is able to give back in ways that are meaningful and rewarding to all involved.

There are many opportunities to serve and it is encouraged to find a list of options and schedule at least one small service oriented activity per quarter. It may be appropriate to include vendors, clients, tenants, and the public in Keyrenter Cares sponsored activities.

It is critical that all staff have an opportunity to serve. This does not mean that all staff must serve at the same time or even the same day, although there may be opportunities to close the office for a full or part day in order to carry out a service project.

Not all service opportunities require financial capital as there are many free options and opportunities to include vendor sponsorships.

I am pretty much the party person in the office. I am the President for Keyrenter Salt Lake. If I don’t make everyone smile throughout the day then I failed. I’m also in charge of finding new tenants for properties and lead follow up with prospective tenants.I was born and raised in Heber City, Utah. I went to the U of U and studied Psychology. I met my sweetheart while in school and got married in 2017. I eventually convinced her that our future was in the real estate business. I love playing soccer and golfing. One fun fact about me is I sang in a competitive a cappella group while in college.

Being able to help people find a home they love to rent or to buy is the best part of my job. It can be so stressful for people and it’s so rewarding to help alleviate that burden. I love being in property management and real estate investing and plan on being involved in it to meet my personal goals of early retirement!

Michelle Aguayo

I assist the Leasing Consultants with day to day tasks such as answering calls, reaching out to clients, uploading new properties and making our ads look as nice as possible. Although property management is all new to me, I am loving every second of it!

I was raised in San Diego California, so being a beach lover runs in my veins. I enjoy most outdoor activities, especially those that involve a splash in any body of water. My hobbies are snorkeling, learning languages and spending weekends with my family and fur babies.

I love being a part of a team that goes above and beyond with each other and with all of our awesome owners and tenants.

I assist the property managers in anything they may need. Chances are if you call our main number I will be answering the phone.

I was born in Mexico, raised in California and went to school in Minnesota. I am a big football and rugby fan and enjoy food, music, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Property management is something new to me but I am looking forward to learning many things and already enjoy working with all of these amazing people at SLC!

I am the Property Manager over maintenance, vendors, and routine condition reports. I work directly with Tenants and Owners to ensure the proper care and condition of the rentals, and that maintenance issues are addressed and resolved quickly, and as efficiently and cost effective as possible.I was born and raised in Utah. Prior to Keyrenter I have 8 years experience working in REO Foreclosure and Bank Owned Properties. I enjoy cooking, all things food, music, traveling, and spending time with my family.

My favorite part of Property Management is working with our Clients and building relationships along the way. Each day is unique and I feel challenged on a daily basis and rewarded when issues are resolved quickly and I am able to make everyone happy along the way.

I love being part of a team where each team member genuinely cares and strives to be the best in all areas!

I am part of the Property Management team here at Keyrenter. I work with owners and tenants to make the move in and move out transition smooth!I’m originally from California but my family moved to Maui, Hawaii before deciding to call Park City home. I am grateful to have had the Wasatch Mountains as my backyard growing up. I share my love for traveling the world and enjoying all sports with my husband. We are blessed to be the parents to two incredible kids! Also, I am a huge Los Angeles Dodgers fan!

I have really enjoyed becoming a part of a company that is so customer centric, and with core values that are significant to my life inside and outside the work place!

I was raised in Vista California where I attended Vista High School and Palomar College. I’m a big Gear head so I love anything with a motor in it and I’m a football fan as well. My hobbies are riding motorcycles and spending the weekend with my dog Logan.

I’m fairly new to Property Management but working with people has always been my job requirement. So I’m glad to be part of this team and look forward to working with all the wonderful tenants and owners.
