About

Our primary focus is on building relationships and producing positive outcomes.

The Keyrenter team believes in giving back

Our primary focus is on building relationships and producing positive outcomes. Nothing is more important than our clients, residents, team, and the community in which we live and work. Because we own rental property and believe they are the best long-term financial investment, we are passionate about what we do and offer a unique understanding of your property management needs.

Keyrenter Cares

The community service brand of the organization cares deeply about their communities, each office is able to give back in ways that are meaningful and rewarding to all involved.

There are many opportunities to serve and it is encouraged to find a list of options and schedule at least one small service oriented activity per quarter. It may be appropriate to include vendors, clients, tenants, and the public in Keyrenter Cares sponsored activities.

It is critical that all staff have an opportunity to serve. This does not mean that all staff must serve at the same time or even the same day, although there may be opportunities to close the office for a full or part day in order to carry out a service project.

Not all service opportunities require financial capital as there are many free options and opportunities to include vendor sponsorships.

Salt Lake City Trails & Natural Lands

Keyrenter Salt Lake and Corporate Franchise Team spent the morning at Riverside Park. Family members, residents and vendors joined in the fun.

In record time they moved mountains of mulch, leaving the Riverside Park playground safe and beautiful for local residents.

What a great way to decompress and make our community a better place to live.

The Common Pantry in North Center

Chicago, Illinois. Each month John Golden of Keyrenter Chicago North volunteers at the Common Pantry in North Center.

“Projects that benefit kids is a passion of mine and working at the Pantry is a great way to accomplish that,” said John. “The need for food and affordable housing continues to grow.”

Sunridge Assisted Living Facility

Salt Lake City, Utah. Sunridge Assisted Living Facility was the setting for fun and games when Keyrenter Franchise and Keyrenter Salt Lake hosted Game Day for its elderly residents.

While the team got to know the residents who shared interesting stories from their past, Keyrenter founders Aaron Marshall and Nate Tew cruised the room calling out numbers and inventing new ways to play Bingo.

Some Examples of Our Community Services:

  • Serve at local food kitchen.
  • Serve at local school district in tutoring students.
  • Teach English at the office location.
  • Serve with the Habitat for Humanity.
  • Make a Wish Foundation.
  • Children’s Hospitals.

I am the Client Success Manager here at Keyrenter Salt Lake! My core job is to connect with all of our prospective clients and manage new clients’ onboarding experiences to ensure that their transition is as smooth as possible. I also get to oversee our social media accounts, review sites, and throw awesome events out of appreciate for our local agents, clients, and residents!

I grew up in Pleasant Grove and eventually moved here in Salt Lake City where I went to school at the University of Utah and got my BS in Economics (Go Utes!). I enjoy all things art, music, film, and food as well as outdoor activities like hiking and snowboarding.

My favorite part about Property Management is the relationships that we build along the way, and seeing our clients find success in their investment properties without lifting a finger because they hired us.

I am pretty much the party person in the office. I am a Leasing Agent/ Real Estate Agent for Keyrenter Salt Lake. If I don’t make everyone smile throughout the day then I failed. I’m also in charge of finding new tenants for properties and lead follow up with prospective tenants.I was born and raised in Heber City, Utah. I went to the U of U and studied Psychology. I met my sweetheart while in school and got married in 2017. I eventually convinced her that our future was in the real estate business. I love playing soccer and golfing. One fun fact about me is I sang in a competitive a cappella group while in college.

Being able to help people find a home they love to rent or to buy is the best part of my job. It can be so stressful for people and it’s so rewarding to help alleviate that burden. I love being in property management and real estate investing and plan on being involved in it to meet my personal goals of early retirement!

I was raised in San Diego California, so being a beach lover runs in my veins. I enjoy most outdoor activities, especially those that involve a splash in any body of water. My hobbies are snorkeling, learning languages and spending weekends with my family and fur babies.
