Some of these centers are found just off of Interstate 15, and a major destination is located along Fort Union Boulevard. Anyone interested in shopping at locally owned boutiques and dining at more unique spots can make the trip north into Salt Lake City. Within twenty minutes, you can be at any one of the attractions in the capital. You can catch a game at the University of Utah, hear live music downtown, or take in some art at a local gallery.
The median home value in the area is $218,700. This number has risen in recent years, and many predict that it will continue to rise. This data means that it might be a wise time to invest in a property here in Utah. The median price of homes currently for sale is $250,000, and that comes out to $173 per square foot. This is just slightly below the average per square foot price for the entire Salt Lake City Metro area, which is $182.
