When do you process monthly payments and statements to owners?
We run our accounting on a monthly basis and do what is commonly called, Full Month Accounting. This allows for statements to be easier to understand, property owners to be a month ahead, allow for better planning and preparation in the event of a vacancy or non-payment, and allow us to close out all billings and invoices by the end of the month. We will process your payment and send you a statement for the month on the last business day of each month.
